RAD/RFD INDUSTRIAL CABINET OVENS

The RAD and RFD cabinet oven features horizontal recirculating airflow and exceptional temperature uniformity. The result is proven reliability in demanding production and laboratory applications, such as curing, drying, stress relieving, aging, UL testing and other process-critical applications. The high-performance reach in oven delivers temperatures up to 343℃ (650℉) and four models from 4.2 to 35 cu ft (117 to 991 liters) to meet your needs.

The RFD Class A cabinet oven is specifically designed to meet NFPA 86 requirements for applications that include flammable solvents or large amounts of moisture removal. These Class A ovens are complete with a pressure relief panel, purge timer, and exhaust fan. The RFD1-42 Class A Benchtop Oven is a popular oven due to its size and capabilities. With its benchtop design and small footprint, it is ideal for small production and laboratory Class A applications.

Horizontal Airflow for Ultimate Temperature Uniformity

RAD/RFD cabinet ovens use horizontal recirculating airflow to ensure uniform temperatures throughout the oven. A high-volume fan circulates air through perforated, aluminized or stainless steel walls with adjustable louvers to create a constant horizontal airflow across all sections of the oven.

New Controls are Easy to Use

Protocol 3™ is easy to use for both simple and complex applications. Temperatures are displayed in either Fahrenheit or Celsius on a large, bright LCD display. Six indicator lights provide an at-a-glance review of the oven's operating status. The easy to read LCD display also provides detailed information on oven status with clear real-text messages and simplifies programming of temperature and time parameters with user-friendly menus.

Remote operation, programming and data logging

The Despatch Protocol Manager network utility software enables the operation of up to 32 Protocol 3™ and/or Protocol Plus controllers from a single, remote PC using RS485 communication.
